Shipping & Returns

We send the artwork fully insured. We send them off UPS Ground in California, Alaska and Hawaii, UPS 3 Day Select everywhere else. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

We ship internationally via Priority Mail International which takes 6 – 10 business days. As we pay the first 50 US dollars for shipping charges, Priority Mail International to Canada is also free. For Priority Mail International to UK & Europe, a shipping charge of $10.00 has been added to each unit price. For Priority Mail International to Asia, Australia & New Zealand, a shipping charge of $25.00 has been added to each unit price.

California residents are charged a sales tax of 7.25%.

Our artwork is very carefully packaged using corrugated cardboard spacers, foam sheeting, more cardboard, then bubble wrapping. They are then boxed. That box is closed and taped securely, then that box is bubble wrapped, boxed a second time in 200 pound strength test corrugated cardboard box, closed and taped securely. It is then stickered with bright red ‘Fragile-This-Side-Up’ warnings.

If, within 10 days of receipt, you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund the full purchase price upon receipt of our art in its original packaging, and we pay for the return shipping. Please e-mail prior to UPS pick up, providing notification of intent to return our art with the reason for the return. A UPS return label has been included in your packaging papers to facilitate an easy return (for U.S. orders only).
